How is Citrus Care Hospice Different?
We are a concierge style hospice where calls are answered 24 hours a day by our hospice team. With Citrus Care Hospice you will never speak with a call center, our calls are answered by individuals that know you and your individual needs. You can reach an RN Case Manager anytime, day or night; we want nothing less for our own families.
This level of attention and care is set in place specifically to provide you with peace of mind - we will be there to help when you need us. You are not going through this alone.

The patient, physician, family members, caregivers – anyone can call for information on our hospice program. Our office staff will be happy to help set up a consultation with a Hospice Nurse Case Manager to visit your family and go over the details.

Our goal is to provide your family with the care and attention we would expect for our own families. This means hands on support and our dedicated availability, 24 hours a day.
At Citrus Care Hospice you will never get an answering service or call center. Your calls will be answered directly by our hospice team – staff that are knowledgeable and continuously updated about the unique needs of your family.

Citrus Care Hospice will never bill you for anything. Our services are fully covered by your insurance, we are contracted with Medicare, Medi-Cal and are adding new options all the time!
